Dry Needling is a cost-effective and efficient treatment of pain and discomfort. Our clinicians are licensed and trained in dry needling. A small needle is inserted into muscle, ligament, or tendon to decrease tension, increase mobility, and reduce pain. Needling can be utilized in the treatment of various conditions, including tendonitis, overuse injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and more.
Diagnostic Ultrasounds (MSKUS) imaging uses sound waves to produce pictures of muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and joints throughout the body. Recent research studies show that 60% of patients who receive MSK ultrasound imaging as part of their physical therapy care had a more positive outcome in their case management. MSK ultrasound imaging can help your physical therapist design appropriate treatment plans and manage your case more effectively.
We have worked with many of the large companies in southeast Idaho to make for safer and improved working environments. We focus on testing before hiring to assess a person’s ability to perform work responsibilities and duties safely. We also work with companies to make sure that the work responsibilities and duties can be performed safely to prevent injury.
We have worked with patients from 4 to 18 years old who are dealing with growing pains, sports injuries, or other pains that come with living an active lifestyle as most youths do. We have helped young patients with scoliosis and neck pain to improve posture and strength/stability for improved participation in school, sports, and life in general.
Specializing in the shoulder we help to develop workout routines for patients who deal with shoulder pain during sports, lifting, and archery, and for those who just have shoulder pain with normal daily activities. With a focus on manual therapy combined with exercises, we have been able to help many individuals return to their normal hobbies, work, and home life.
